When entering a roundabout, always give way to any vehicles already in the roundabout and obey the directional arrows on the road.

Turning Left

On approach,

  1. Indicate left from the left lane.
  2. Stay in the left lane.
  3. Exit the roundabout from this lane.

Cycling or Driving Straight Ahead

You don't need to indicate on approach,

  1. Enter in either the left or right lane.
  2. Stay in and exit from the same lane.
  3. Indicate left when you’ve passed the last exit before the one you intend to use.

Turning Right or Making a Full Turn

On approach,

  1. Indicate right from the right lane.
  2. Stay in the right lane and exit the roundabout from this lane.
  3. Indicate left when you’ve passed the last exit before the one you intend to use.
